A few plot suggestions for a sequel:
1) Lucy meets another Southern Belle that has also made a deal with a demon. They compete to see who can bear the biggest/most demonic offspring.
2) Asmodeus finds a loophole in the contract and tries to transfer other larger demons, or multiple demons, or other objects.
